Secretarial Services

Business Support Services provided either as an ongoing facility or one-off basis. 

The standard price for typing is 22.50/1,000 words or per hour dependent on the work undertaken, with a minimum charge of 5.00 (subject to VAT at the current rate).  Tables within reports (dependent on their complexity) are generally 5.00 per table, but confirmation of this will be given on sight of the work and prior to undertaking the work.  For audio typing, should the audio file be difficult to understand there may be a surcharge, however this will also be discussed prior to undertaking the work.

Work can be turned round the same day on an urgent basis, however a surcharge of 20 (subject to VAT at the current rate) will be levied.

    inventories, product and/or service information, employee records, electoral roll etc.
  • Mail-shots including mail-merge documents, address labels, envelopes etc.
  • Newsletters market your business with a periodic newsletter or flyer, keeping your clients up to date with your latest news and products
  • Letterheads, business cards, compliments slips designed and printed for that very important first impression
  • Brochures market your business with style, designed and printed, large or
    small quantities
  • Proof reading and correction
  • Scanning items into documents or onto disc
  • Fax preparation, transmission and receipt
  • Photocopying
  • Laminating
  • Binding
  • Book-keeping, together with VAT preparation and completion, computerised or manual
  • Payroll
